Welcome As the largest chapter in the state of Kentucky, Kentucky Chapter 59 of the Institute of Real Estate Management is constantly striving to promote the principles of professional real estate management.  The chapter offers activities in support of its membership including luncheon meetings with topical speakers and networking opportunities. THE 4TH ANNUAL PREMA'S ANOTHER SUCCESS The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) presented the 4th Annual PREMA’s during an awards banquet held at The Olmsted on October 22, 2008, recognizing excellence in real estate management.  This year included a Special PREMA presentation of the Founder’s Award to Richard T. Luesing, CPM for his contribution to the industry and the formation of the PREMA awards program.  Over 200 professionals attended the sold out evening including developers, management companies, and other notable real estate professionals.
